Our team in-house employees and consulting specialists utilizes their in-depth expertise and methodology to save time and money during the custom home building and renovation life-cycle development. Our objective is to make our clients feel secure and it is part of our business practice to provide our clients with a banking reference upon request.

Planning

We listen to our clients. Some of our clients come to us with established architectural plans acquired from a preferred architect. Other clients come to us looking for a road map and vision to transform their inspired ideas into a beautiful dream home. We will document and baseline your ideas and needs. We will also have several architects that we can recommend based on our prior engagements and work experience with them.

Design

We transform our clients wish list into workstream requirements. To begin designing your home, we require a design fee. We can recommend lenders that can secure and support your financial needs. We will bridge the knowledge gap on how construction loans work and when construction fees are paid.
Collaboration

Our in-house design and construction teams will collaborate with you and the architect to refine your requirements and establish initial work and budget plans based on your input and desire. Our experienced staff will offer alternatives when requested as well as value-added recommendations utilizing available options and trends available.

Contracts

Once the architecture and grading plans are approved, we will establish a Work Breakdown Structure and budget cost.  We will document cost parameters and assumptions based on the client’s desire and must-have items. A budget review will be conducted with the client to answer any questions and explain each cost line item in the budget. We maintain total transparency with our clients to ensure that there is a clear unified vision and execution plans are established.

Operation/ construction
Each construction project is managed by an executive management team with in-depth construction and building experience.  The team composition varies based on the size of each project and uniqueness of each custom build, one-of-a-kind home.Our highly experienced employees work closely and advise our clients on how to utilize all options available to them within their budget. We are proud of our employees, performance, and product. We are not a production builder. We are specialized in only building unique, high-end custom design homes.As noted, we will utilize and provide our construction management team with software that is build to provide visibility to the costs, milestones, progress to date and issues resolutions. On a weekly (or other agreed upon) basis, our team will provide a weekly progress briefings call, highlighting progress achieved in the prior week in addition to tasks to be accomplished for the current week. This call will provide our clients with complete transparency and visibility to progress-to-date.You can count on us to work hard delivering your dream home within budget and do everything possible to stay on schedule.
